Vanilla Chocolate Muffin

    100 g dark chocolate
    150 ml milk
    125 g whole milk yoghurt
    1 organic egg (medium size)
    1 sachet vanilla sugar or 1 vanilla bean (seeds)
    80 ml oil
    125 g sugar
    275 g flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    12 muffin cases

    Preparing Vanilla Chocolate Muffins (12 pieces)

    1. Grease the muffin tin or line it with baking paper.

    2. Mix milk, yoghurt, egg, vanilla and oil. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold it in. Mix sugar, flour and baking powder and intermix with the remaining ingredients.

    3. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 degrees Celsius / fan oven: 175 degrees Celsius / gas: level 3) for ca. 20-25 minutes.
