Preparing Banana Cookies (40 pieces)
Chop and roast the walnuts. In a bowl, stir butter, both sugar types, whole eggs, salt and vanilla, until foamy. Peel the bananas and finely mush them with a fork. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it together with the oat flakes, banana mush and walnuts to the mixture. Stir until smooth, then place portions of ca. 50 g each onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies at 180° C for ca. 15-20 minutes until slightly brown, then leave them to cool.
