How to create a digital loyalty card
- Ask the sales department to create a digital loyalty card. To do this, enter your first and last name and your mobile phone number.
- If you have an Android device, install the app "Wallet Passes" via Google Play.
- You will receive a 4-digit confirmation code by SMS. Give the code to the sale.
- You will receive a link via SMS, tap on it.
- You will be asked which "Wallet" you would like to deposit the card for. For Apple devices please select the "Apple Wallet", for Android devices the "Wallet Passes".
- Your digital Bachmann customer card is now created and you can pay with it from now on when the card is loaded.
How to use a digital customer card
- If you have an iPhone, please open the "Apple Wallet" app, with Android the "Wallet Passes" app.
- Select the Bachmann customer card.
- To pay, simply hold the QR code up to our pink reader next to the EC terminal.
- As soon as the QR code has been read, the payment is completed.
Important note
Unfortunately, the balance and the points cannot yet be transferred from the physical card to the digital card.
