Description:
A classic focaccia with an airy yet moist crumb. The tender crust is soft but short in bite, so the focaccia does not seem tough when eaten.
Wheat pre-dough, fine olive oil and 12 hours of resting time together create a fine aroma, which harmonises perfectly with the acidity of the cherry tomatoes.
