Since decades Confiseur Bachmann produces an incomparable Linzer tart after an original recipe by senior partner and master confectioner Raymond Bachmann. It consists of a fine shortcrust with roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, filled with home made jam made of fresh raspberries. It is garnished with the characteristic shortcrust lattice. Bachmann Linzer tarts are daily freshly made with loving handicraft in our bakehouse in the heart of Lucerne. Experience the fine difference.
