Our most loyal employees Three questions for: Sejla Jusic Head of HR What is your favourite product? The weekend cakes. As the name suggests, they’re ideal for the weekend. I enjoy sharing them with my family over a cup of coffee. Sejla, you’ve been responsible for human resources since March 2023. What have you achieved for the company since then? Since I started, we’ve been able to make significant progress for our company. The complete centralisation of the HR department marked one key milestone. This enabled us to update all our fundamental HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and development to departure. As a result, we’ve increased the efficiency of our processes. while also significantly improving collaboration and communi- cation between line managers and employees. I’mparticularly proud of my HR team, which has achieved remarkable success over this relatively short period of time. What do the corporate values mean to you in your role in HR? Corporate principles, such as being a role model and employee development, are the cornerstones of successful HR work and are of particular importance tome inmy role inHR. They’re not just guidelines: they have a significant impact on a company’s culture, conduct and long-term orientation.
